Two islands. One spice trail.

Spice Fusion was born from a simple truth — Mauritian street food and Indian tradition share the same soul. Our kitchen blends slow-simmered rougaillewith Tandoor smoke, Chef Anand's family briyani with hand-rolled dhall puri, and the creole warmth of the islands with the depth of masala.

Every dish is vegetarian, every spice is freshly ground, and every plate tells the story of a journey across the Indian Ocean — from the bazaars of Mumbai to the lantern-lit night markets of Port Louis.
