Spice Fusion is a love letter to the Indian Ocean — where Mauritian creole warmth and Indian masala depth meet on every plate.



In the night markets of Port Louis, Chef Anand learned the soul of Mauritian street food — the warmth of dhall puri, the slow burn of rougaille, the quiet confidence of a perfectly fried gato pima. Years later, in his grandmother's kitchen in Jaipur, he learned the depth of masala — saffron carried by silk traders, cardamom that scented royal courts, the patient alchemy of a perfect briyani.
Spice Fusion is what happened when those two kitchens finally sat down together. Every dish is fully vegetarian. Every spice is freshly ground in house. Every plate is a conversation between an island and a subcontinent.
We are a small team. We grow our own herbs. We refuse shortcuts. We believe a great vegetarian meal can be the most luxurious thing on earth — and we spend every evening proving it.
